The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s Office performs a wide variety of tasks protecting the county’s lakes, rivers and streams from pollution and operates water, sewer and stormwater systems across the county. Our staff of over 350 dedicated individuals has an annual budget of over $500 million, serves under contract 14 communities with water and sewer services and operates and maintains large sewer and stormwater systems serving over a million people.
