Ford’s Employee Resource Groups have demonstrated a great amount of resilience this year despite a global pandemic, virtual ways of working, and national civil unrest rooted in racial injustices.
In the spirit of resilience coupled with gratitude, Ford’s ERGs are invited to come together in collective effort for an all-ERG virtual give back opportunity in partnership with Gleaners Community Food Bank. By participating in this food drive, Ford’s ERGs can continue to serve virtually with a hassle free way to donate and shop for food online. With Gleaners’ bulk purchasing power and efficient distribution network, they can provide 3 meals for every dollar donated.
