The Royal Oak Public Library’s purpose is to empower our community to learn, connect, create, and grow through welcoming and inclusive spaces, diverse resources, and meaningful experiences. This becomes challenging when our fellow community members are hungry. We see this every day in our building, and it happens in homes throughout Royal Oak and our region. We want people to take advantage of the opportunities we provide, and helping to eliminate food insecurity is a step in getting there.
