Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights. It symbolizes the spiritual “victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance.”
Please join Drs. Ashok and Ingrid (Sharada) Sarnaik in celebration of Diwali by making a gift of nourishment to our neighbors in Southeast Michigan. Through the Sarnaik Endowment for Gleaners, the fund’s annual income helps us distribute over 10,000 meals each year to families across our communities. On November 14th, all donations are matched dollar-for-dollar by Ford Motor Company Fund as part of Gleaners’ Double Your Donation Day, resulting in 6 meals provided for every $1 donated.
