Doctors of Tomorrow is partnering with Gleaners to help provide healthy meals for the nearly 600,000 people in Southeastern Michigan that experience food insecurity.
We are running a virtual food drive from now through 1/31/2024. With Gleaners’ bulk purchasing power, they can provide 3 meals for every dollar donated. On 11/28 and from 12/4 through 12/12 Gleaners has matching gift days which means every $1 donated will provide 6 meals instead of the usual 3.
Nearly 50% of the food Gleaners provides the community comes in the form of fresh produce, dairy, and meat. Virtual food drive donations help make that possible.
