Every year a group of disc golfers all dressed as Santa Claus and other holiday characters play a “mob” round of disc golf at Hudson Mills Metropark on December 14th. This is our 6th year with our event with the food drive. Last year, we collected 911 pounds of food and collected $351 dollars for Gleaners. When we first started this event, we nicknamed ourselves the “Bad Santas” but the truth is, we are a great caring community of disc golfers that have a great day together and we try to turn it into something positive for the community.
